Faversham and Mid Kent comprises approximately 250 square miles of Kent and covers parts of two local authority areas - Maidstone and Swale.
The Mid Kent part of the constituency is made up of the north east, east and south east of Maidstone and all the surrounding countryside. The Faversham part of the constituency is based around the market town and stretches back across the North Downs.
